Interview with Anne Donnelly

Anne Donnelly (class of 2020) was a former Beautiful Social Research Collaborative consultant. Anne is currently the sole Recruiting Strategist at honeygrow. She works at their headquarters in Philadelphia. Anne works to fill any openings in the office and out in the field at each of the restaurants. She also works on updating and executing hiring strategy.

Then, I asked Anne two questions. The first one being: “What skills or any notable experiences did you gain through Beautiful Social?”.

Anne said even though she wasn’t a communications major, she still gained many valuable skills from Beautiful Social. She said she definitely gained a lot of skills working in video production through Beautiful Social. Anne said she was also able to gain the ability to form meaningful relationships.

Then I asked Anne my second question which was: “What do you think Beautiful Social helped teach you about what you like or don’t like when looking at a company to work for?”.

Anne said that through Beautiful Social she realized she always valued having company values align with her personal values. She also learned she really enjoyed making an impact in people’s lives.
